Canada Shipping Information

We ship to Canada, however please be aware you will be responsible for payment of duties or other import taxes applicable to your order.

Canada requires duties and/or VAT to be paid to allow products purchased from the USA to be imported into Canada.
Historically we have seen these charges run 15-20% the cost of goods. (example - A recent $900 amplifier order shipped to Canada was charged $190 in duties, brokerage and VAT.)

When Canadian customers place an order with Valve Amp USA, we will only bill you for the merchandise and shipping.
In Canada, they will bill you seperately for the duty, brokerage, VAT and other fees levied on your order by the Canadian government to allow US product to enter the country.

Ten (10) Day Return Policy

Should you find it necessary to return your merchandise, contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Please follow the return steps below and return carefully to prevent damage in shipment.

All returns must:

All returns must be within ten (10) days of receipt.

Include the return authorization number.

Be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials such as cables, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument.

Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials.

Refunds will be processed within 4 days upon inspection of the returned item.

Returned items should be shipped with insurance for the declared value of the products so that value can be recovered in the case the shipper loses the package in transit.

Refund is for the original purchase price and does not include return shipping costs.

Returned items not meeting the above requirements (ie... original packaging or collateral materials missing, etc....) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Products with noticeable damage or blemishing may be rejected for return.
