Q: I can't add anything to my cart, am I doing something wrong?
A: No, it is your browser settings. If you are using Internet Explorer, click on the tools tab on the IE tool bar. Click on Internet options, and then on the Privacy tab. There you will need to move the slider bar down from "Medium" to "Accept all Cookies". Then hit apply. That should fix it.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do I have to use my credit card to order online.
A: No, we have several payment option.
PayPal - Use your PayPal account.
Pre-approved Net 30 customers can use "Purchase Order".
COD - Up to $9.00 will be added to your order.
If you would like to use your credit card, but
not have it processed online : Use the "Dept Order" payment option. We must have your credit card on file. Download our

Q: What are the shipping times?
A: UPS shipping times are shown on the map. (This is the time after the order ships.)
