LJN Designs, Inc. offers the following return policy: Jewelry may be exchanged within ten-(10) business days from the date of purchase for merchandise CREDIT only. Monetary refunds will not be provided.

Mail all jewelry, including the original packaging, to LJN Designs, Inc. ~ P.O. Box 564453 Chicago, Illinois 60656. Returned products must be returned via United States Postal Service (USPS). Expedited delivery methods, such as Federal Express and UPS, will not be accepted at a post office box. The cost of postage for returned merchandise is at the purchaser's expense.
