- How may I place an order? On-line shopping is the quickest way to shop, as on-line orders are reviewed and processed daily. Add to Shopping Cart feature allows you to purchase a single item or multiple items and pay for the purchase on-line. When placing your order on-line, the corresponding shipping charge and sales tax will automatically be added to the order.
- What if multiple requests are made for the same jewelry design? If multiple requests are received for the same jewelry design, the day and time will determine whom receives the jewelry design. Quantity Available = 1. Within 24 hours from the time you place your order, you will receive notification via e-mail as to whether your request for that piece will be fulfilled.
- How do I pay on-line? On-line credit card purchases are paid via PayPal. You may use your existing account or establish a new account. After you have added the jewelry item(s) to the shopping cart, you will be ready to check out. At that time, you will be prompted as to how to proceed through the check-out process for a PayPal purchase. When the order is placed, you will receive e-mail confirmation that your transaction has been placed.
- May I pay by personal check or money order? Yes. After you have added the jewelry item(s) to the shopping cart, you will be ready to check out. At that time, you will be prompted as to how to proceed through the check-out process for a check or money order purchase. When the order is placed, you will receive confirmation the jewelry item is available. Your jewelry order will be held for 5 days, pending receipt of your payment. Currently, checks are not processed on-line and must be sent separately via postal mail. Third party checks are not accepted.
- What if I see a jewelry design I would like to order but do not want to place the order on-line? Send a written request to LJN Designs via e-mail [info@ljndesignsinc.com] or postal mail [P.O. Box 564453 Chicago, Illinois 60656]. Please include a detailed description of the item and Category (such as Multiple Strands). Within 24 hours upon receipt of your request, you will be contacted to confirm if the jewelry design is still available for purchase. If the design is available, you will receive instruction as to where to send payment. Accepted payment methods include personal check, money order and cashier's check, all payable to LJN Designs, Inc. Credit cards are not accepted for orders not placed on-line. The jewelry design will be shipped after receipt of payment.

- Is there a charge for shipping? When you place your order on-line, via the website, a shipping fee will automatically be added to your order. The charge is based on the total order dollar amount. The primary shipping method is UPS standard.
- Do I pay sales tax? For Illinois residents, 9.0% sales tax will automatically be added to your order.
- How will I know a jewelry design is available? If you visit the website frequently, you will notice items will change often. This is due to the fact that each item is unique. The orders are taken on a first come, first served basis. Upon receipt of an order or inquiry, you will receive notice if the item is still available. If multiple requests are made for the same jewelry design, the day and time will determine who receives the jewelry item.
- How do promotions work? LJN Designs advertises through various media which may include a seasonal promotion (such as Mother's Day) or inventory blow-out. At that time, you will be informed as to which promotional code to use when ordering on-line. When checking out on-line, the promotional discount will automatically be applied to your order. If you place your order through the mail, the promotional discount will be applied to your order as well. Important! Unless noted otherwise, custom designs are not typically included in promotions.
- What if my jewelry purchase is intended as a gift? If your purchase is a gift and you would like the jewelry design shipped directly to that person, include the recipient's name and address at the time of the order. If only a portion of your order is a gift, indicate which piece should be sent to which address.
- Are international orders accepted? LJN Designs, Inc. welcomes international orders with payment in U.S. dollars. Please indicate this at the time of your order. USP standard is the primary shipping method. Feel free to send specific inquiries via e-mail [info@ljndesignsinc.com] or postal mail.
- How do I care for my jewelry? There are some easy-to-follow tips for maintaining the beauty and luster of your LJN Design original jewelry design. How often you choose to clean your jewelry is up to you, but by handling with care, you will help retain the beauty and sparkle of each design.
- Apply hairspray, lotion and/or perfume before putting on the jewelry.
- Do not immerse the jewelry item in water or any other type of liquid.
- After wearing the jewelry item, gently wipe the gemstones, links and other hardware (closures and pendants) with a soft cotton cloth.
- When not wearing the jewelry item, keep the piece in a plastic interlocking seal bag or soft drawstring pouch. This will minimize the strands from kinking or becoming entangled with your other jewelry. The links and hardware will be less prone to tarnish. Each LJN Design is shipped in a soft drawstring pouch. After wearing, simply place the piece back in the bag. Tightly close the pouch.
- If you choose to clean your jewelry, particularly for sterling silver designs (including closures and pendants), use a non-abrasive product specifically made for sterling silver. Avoid using the product directly on the gemstones as it may damage the integrity of the gemstones.
- What if I want a particular custom design that is not on the website? LJN Designs is open to designing custom jewelry pieces. Simply send your request, via e-mail [info@ljndesignsinc.com] or postal mail [P.O. Box 564453 Chicago, Illinois 60656], describing the design concept, jewelry type (necklace, bracelet, earrings), length, wire color, gemstones, etc. Laura will work with you to design the piece. Prices are contingent on design complexity and desired materials.
- What if I want a jewelry design using a particular birthstone? If the desired jewelry item is not displayed on the website, contact Laura via e-mail or postal mail as this may be a custom request.
