After we confirm availibility and make your reservation, we require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. We can only accept cash for any balance due once you arrive in Costa Rica. NO TRAVELERS CHECKS, NO CREDIT CARDS, NO CHECKS will be accepted. 16.39% tourist tax will be added to your bill. Check in is at 1pm. Check out is at 11am. Potential guests who cancel greater then 20 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund less a 10% (10% of deposit) fee for processing. Potential guests who cancel less then 20 days before their stay will NOT receive a refund.
