Please note we offer two shipping options: Fedex 2-day and UPS Ground. Fedex 2-day costs more, but is the only one with a delivery commitment. If you are sending a time-sensitive gift, please choose this option. UPS Ground can take between two days and one week to most states in the US. It is slow, but less expensive. IN EITHER CASE, YOUR PACKAGE MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY AN ADULT OR THE CARRIER WILL NOT DELIVER! If they attempt delivery but find no one there to sign for the package, they will leave a door tag with instructions. You can then instruct them to try and redeliver when you will be present to sign, or you can pick up the package personally at the local carrier office. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse at Ukiah, California, carrier will no longer take direction from us. Some of our clients use a feature in our system to choose delivery to a different address from their home, such as an office, where there are always adults present to sign for packages during business hours.
