Store PoliciesPlease Note: We have a required minimum order value of $15.00. ***** PHONE NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR SHIPPING! ***** ORDER FULFILLMENT: Orders usually ship within two business days via FEDEX Ground. If product is not available we normally hold the order until the product becomes available. If product availability is uncertain, we may elect to ship your order less the missing items and adjust your invoice accordingly. ***** PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returned product according to the following policy: 1. All returns require a Returned Material Autorization (RMA) Number which can be obtained by contacting Gennado by phone. The RMA Number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package. Product returned without an RMA will be refused by our recieving department. 2. Only Factory Sealed Product may be returned within 10 days of receipt of the product. 3. A refund will be provided for the quantity of the factory sealed product that was returned in good condition, not including the original Shipping & Handling charges. 4. Returning shipping costs are the resposibility of the customer. 5. We will gladly exchange any product that is returned to us unopened and in good condition. Any difference in product costs as well as all Shipping & Handling Costs for the returned product and the re-shipped product are your responsibility and will be charged to your credit card. |
