We offer an unconditional money back guarantee on any assay development that fails to meet the specifications agreed to between Fluoresentric and our customer. Custom assay design services that are not tested by Fluoresentric are not subject the aforementioned money back guarantee.

Products, that are not developed on a custom basis and not subject to our money back guarantee, may be returned to Fluoresentric with a store credit representing the unused portion of the returned product.
