Xtractor solution is designed for the hardest microorganisms and it can handle whatever sample you have and want to extract the DNA from.

The protocol is as easy as:

1) Homogenize the sample

2) Mix with Xtractor and boil

3) Centrifuge to collect supernatant.

DONE!

The DNA can be used for pcr, restriction digest, or other molecular techniques.

Each kit contains sufficient material to extract 48 samples, of ~20uL pellets.
