Fluoresentric, using our proprietary design method, will design a reasonable primer set and determine the actual sequence of the target that you want to detect.

Service is based on a per target fee.

Fluoresentric will provide between 150 and 300bp of sequence information for your project. Enough for you or Fluoresentric to design a suitable real-time PCR detection assay.
