Detection of the West Nile Virus assay in samples from any source material. This assay is a fluorescein based detection of the etiological agent of West Nile Virus.

Provided as 1 tube of 192 20 uL reaction oligonucleotide sets. The reaction is verified for detection of 2 copies of genomic RNA using a 2-step rtPCR or as 8 copies of genomic RNA using a 1-step rtPCR.
