This precipitation solution has been developed with real-time PCR users in mind. Over the past 10 years of working in real-time PCR we have found that the majority of failed or low efficiency PCR's are the result of 'dirty' template. To ensure that the template is the best possible condition to use in real-time PCR applications Fluoresentric uses a simple template precipitation step to essentially salt exchange the template.

This simple step will improve the performance of most real-time PCR applications.
