dragonattire_com offers the following Returns Policy: Damaged items or items missing the indicated designs will be replaced as soon as possible. Contact me at torimeldridge@aol.com with an explanation of the problem within 14 business days of receiving your order. I will be able to give you an estimated time for replacement. Some items are held in stock and can be sent immediately. Some items need to be custom ordered with the next printing cycle. For this reason replacement delivery can be expected within 3 days to 3 months. Contact me at torimeldridge@aol.com for delivery expectation on specific items.
