Q: Do I need to have a Paypal account to purchase with a credit card? A: No. I use Paypal to process for your security. You do not need to have a Paypal account.

Q: How soon can I expect my delivery? A: Some items are kept in stock and can be sent immediately (3-7 days). Some items must be custom ordered with the next printing cycle. For this reason custom order delivery can be expected within 2 to 12 weeks. Contact me at torimeldridge@aol.com for delivery expectation on specific items.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
