Shipping and Handling:

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4pm EST will be and shipped out within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. Please allow 2-9 business days from the shipping date for your package to arrive.  Cycle to Fitness ships to all 50 states in the U.S.A. Currently we do NOT ship to addresses outside of the U.S.A. All purchases of $50 or more (excluding trainers) qualify for FREE ground shipping to anywhere in the continental US. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may require an additional surcharge for shipping; you will receive an email with shipping quotes before your order is processed. For security purposes, we request that your shipping address matches your billing address. If you would like to ship to a different address, we will contact you for authorization. In the event that an item on our website has run out of stock, we will contact you to discuss available substitutions, and your credit card will not be charged.

Returns Policy:

  Your purchase may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be new and unopened to be eligible for a refund. Before shipping any returns, email us or give us a call at (734)266-8203 to obtain your RA number before shipping the returned item.

Cycle to Fitness offers competitive pricing as well as free ground shipping on most orders - In order to keep our prices low, ALL COMPLETE BIKE, FRAME, AND APPAREL SALES ARE FINAL; we do not offer exchanges or refunds for these purchases. Apparel includes helmets and sunglasses. Please be sure to consult the manufacturer's sizing charts before purchasing, and do not hesitate to send us an email or call our store at (734)266-8203 if you are still unsure which size to order. Ryders sunglasses include a one-year manufacturer's warranty on their frames.

We may periodically notify you about new services or special offers from our store we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send us an email with "unsubscribe" as the comment line. Cycletofitness.com will NEVER disclose, sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

In order to protect our customers, Cycle to Fitness does not have an anonymous checkout option; new customers are required to create a login password for their account. You may request that your account be deleted at any time.

Cycle to Fitness accepts payments via Paypal as a safe alternative for those who do not wish to disclose their credit card info. We also accept orders by phone or fax!
